Dr. Chao-Kai Hsu is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology, College of Medicine, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan. He also serves as Chairman of the Genetic Center in National Cheng Kung University Hospital (NCKUH). He received Dermatology residency training in NCKUH, and obtained the PhD degree in the Institute of Clinical Medicine in NCKU. He has been a research fellow in the Department of Dermatology, Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan (Feb-Apr, 2008) and St John's Institute of Dermatology, UK (Dec 2014 to Dec 2016). He has a dermatopathology and molecular genetics background, and currently works on blistering disorders, genodermatoses and keloids.
