Yasuyuki Fujita

Yasuyuki Fujita graduated from Hokkaido University School of Medicine in 2002. He has been training in general dermatology and began his research on cell therapies for epidermolysis bullosa in 2006. He finished the Ph.D. course in 2010, and had been working as an Assistant Professor of the Department of Dermatology, Hokkaido University Hospital from 2011 to 2015. And from October 2015, he has been an Associate Professor of the Department of Dermatology, Hokkaido University Hospital. After the experience of a clinical dermatologist at Sapporo City General Hospital, he was assigned as the Professor and chairman of the Department of Dermatology, Asahikawa Medical University, since May 2025. His clinical interests are epidermolysis bullosa, psoriasis and drug eruption. His field in dermatopathology includes bullous disorders, psoriasiform dermatitis and other inflammatory disorders.
